How do I find out the status of my package or check?
Please email info@teststripsexchange.com, we will kindly give you an update.
Why don’t you accept opened boxes? The Test Strips are still intact in the plastic tubes.
Although you may have not compromised the number of test strips within the tubes or damaged them, we have no way to verify that they haven’t been tampered with and therefore cannot accept them.
What if I send you product that is not on your price list?
Please don't. We are paying to ship the mail kit, then ship the product back. We will not ship the product back. Please read the price list carefully.
Is it legal to sell my extra diabetic testing supplies?
Diabetic Test Strips & Lancets are an over-the-counter medical supply and therefore completely legal to sell to a third party without a prescription.
Do you accept damaged boxes?
No. We do not buy boxes that have been damaged or otherwise compromised.
Who pays for the shipping?
We do! Fill out the form and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Just drop your boxes in your own box, put the label on the box, and send it back. It's that easy.
