I understand that all boxes sold to TestStripsExchange.com must arrive unopened and undamaged. The term “damage” extends to any box that is crushed, bent, torn, stained or otherwise soiled.

TestStripsExchange.com will remove any and all prescription labels before reselling my boxes. I understand that tears caused by the removal of labels are considered damage, and that such boxes will not be accepted by TestStripsExchange.com.

It is my responsibility to ensure that my supplies are packaged carefully and securely. TestStripsExchange.com will not accept boxes damaged during shipment.

Boxes with broken or missing seals are considered opened, and will not be accepted by TestStripsExchange.com.

All items sold to TestStripsExchange.com must have a minimum expiration date of (8) months or later from the date of shipment. TestStripsExchange.com will not accept boxes that expire in less (8) months from the ship date.

If I send supplies that have less than 3 months until expiration, that have been tampered with, opened, damaged, or otherwise compromised, I understand my supplies will be donated on my behalf.

TestStripsExchange.com buys only the products listed on the company website: https://TestStripsExchange.com. Products not listed on the website will not be accepted.

I understand that the standard delivery time for Business Checks is three days, but may take as long as two weeks depending on USPS delivery speed.

I am the rightful owner of the items being sold to TestStripsExchange.com, or I have been granted legal permission to sell these items on behalf of the rightful owner.

I am the rightful owner or have been given permission by the rightful owner to sell these supplies. Furthermore, I signify that I did not, am not and will not violate any applicable law or regulation in obtaining these supplies, nor in selling them to TestStripsExchange.com. I represent and warrant that my sale and transfer of these supplies to TestStripsExchange.com will not cause TestStripsExchange.com to, or result in, TestStripsExchange.com violating any anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, healthcare, or any other applicable law.

The diabetic products I am selling to TestStripsExchange.com have not been lost or stolen and legally belong to me and have not been procured by illegal means. The diabetic items I sell to TestStripsExchange.com are lawfully owned or possessed by me. In the event that any items I have sold to TestStripsExchange.com are found to have been lost or stolen, TestStripsExchange.com is under no obligation whatsoever to accept these items, nor compensate me for them in any way whatsoever to include any and all shipping costs.

By verifying your mobile number you consent to receive text messages from TestStripsExchange.com. If you do not verify your number you will not receive notifications of when your mail kit is delivered, when your products are received and when you check is mailed out..

I understand that TestStripsExchange.com may share my information with marketing partners, affiliates, and third party websites.

I understand that shipping times vary and while most packages are delivered within a week, some packages may take up to 14 days.

Special Instrictions!!

  1. Inspect the items you are selling. Make sure they are factory sealed and unexpired. If there are any stickers or labels on the box please leave them on and we will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by improper removal of a sticker may disqualify the submission.

  2. Place the items you are selling in the prepaid box you’ve been provided. You can use newspaper or tissue paper to cushion the interior of the box so the contents don’t get damaged in shipping.

  3. Tape the box shut. Note that the pre-paid shipping label should already be stuck on the outside of your package.

  4. Take your package to your local USPS post office or have your mail carrier pick it up.

  5. Receive your payment!
